| All accommodations are strictly non-smoking; we will charge fees if this rule is broken |
| When a reservation is made in advance, a two night minimum is required over weekends and a three night minimum is required over public holiday periods |
| We charge higher room rates during certain major regional events, meetings and conventions |
| Guest over the age of 65 receive a 10% senior discount - always |
| There is no charge for children under the age of 12 staying in the same room as their parents - for children over 12 add $10 per night and for adults add $20 per night; a maximum of two children please per room regardless of age |
| All guests must be registered |
| Check in time is 2.00 PM, check out time is 10.00 AM |

| Reservations are considered a commitment by guests for the full period of the reservation. |
| A valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express card or deposit is required to hold a reservation. |
| We regret, personal checks are not accepted except for an advance deposit. |
| Travellers checks are welcome. |
| Reservations with deposits cancelled seven days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded. |
| On last minute cancellations and changes of plans, deposits will be refunded only if the room is re-sold for the entire length of the original reservation. |
