Inn on The Hill’s Condo is a split level, with its own entrance via a lovely large deck from the parking area. The pine paneled living room has a cathedral ceiling with a wood burning fieldstone fireplace. The view from the large picture window extends beyond the swimming pool to Lake George and the mountains in the background. Furniture includes a sofa bed and comfortable chairs. The eat-in kitchen is located off the living room with large refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker and plenty of china, glassware and flatware. The kitchen door leads to a private deck.

On the second level is the master bedroom to the front with king bed, also with a large window looking toward the Lake and there is a smaller bedroom to the rear with one twin size bed and a trundle bed. The trundle converts to a king or two more singles. All bed and bath linen is provided. The full bathroom is on the upper level. Both bedrooms have individual air-conditioners. The living room and master bedroom have remote control televisions, the smaller bedroom has a hand operated set. The Condo does not receive daily housekeeping service; guests are asked to leave it as they find it. The Condo connects to one of the regular Inn bedrooms when additional space is needed.

The Fine Print

• The Condo sleeps five to six comfortably. Requests for additional guests to stay must be made and agreed in advance with the Owners.
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of the reservation;
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards are accepted; personal checks are accepted only for deposits and pre-payments;
• Check in time is 2.00 PM, check out time is 10.00 AM;
• No smoking and sorry, no pets
